My research focuses on cancer pharmacology, immunotherapy and nanomedicine, with particular interests in drug repurposing, tumour–immune interactions and novel therapeutic strategies.
Career Details
I obtained my BSc in Pharmacy from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, followed by an MSc in Cancer and a PhD in Cancer Nanomedicine from University College London (UCL), completing my PhD in 2016. I then worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at UCL before joining the British University in Egypt (BUE), where I progressed from Lecturer to Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology (2017–2026). In August 2026, I joined 糖心破解版 as a Lecturer in Pharmacology. My research interests include cancer pharmacology, immunotherapy and nanomedicine. I have supervised numerous undergraduate research projects, as well as MSc and PhD students, supporting their research through to completion and publication.
